Our juice cleanse and detox programs give your body the opportunity to reboot by harnessing energy that is usually used for digestion. We offer 3 stages of juice cleanse to ease beginners into the experience and support those familiar with fasting who are ready to dive deeper.

Stage 1 Cleanse

This stage includes 4 smoothies and one fresh juice per day. This stage is ideal for beginners or those who would like to maintain a rather active lifestyle throughout the cleanse. Essentially, your regular diet is being replaced with delicious smoothies that likely provide your body with more nutrients than you consume on a daily basis. You may experience an increase in energy, more ease when working out, and feel lighter in general.

Stage 2

This program includes 3 juices, 2 smoothies and one wellness shot and is ideal for those who feel they are ready to enter a more elevated level of detox than offered by stage one. The smoothies offer a caloric intake that is less than the daily average your body is accustomed to while the juices keep you full when you're feeling hungry. The wellness shot is an extra bonus that helps your body combat inflammation!

Stage 3

Stage three includes 6 juices and 2 wellness shots per day. This is the most drastic cleansing experience we offer. As you stop consuming solid foods, your body no longer needs to digest. The energy normally used to fuel digestion is then returned into your system and used for natural detoxification processes. Some experience fatigue, but often stage three is a mental game because you are so used to eating regularly! We are here to support you and ensure that your experience is memorable and useful in your health journey.

FAQ

Do I only drink the beverages provided during the entire cleanse?

For Stage 1 Beginner’s,  you are welcome to consume one light plant-based salad or soup to curb any cravings once a day. We suggest that you eat this meal in the middle of the day to decrease the amount of energy your body will use on digestion through the night.

Stage 2 or 3 cleansers should really only consume the provided beverages. At any time, you are welcome to drink water and herbal teas to curb hunger. However, your last juice or smoothie should be ingested 3 hours before bedtime.

Can I still drink cafeinnated drinks, like coffee?

The goal of fasting is to detoxify the body -caffeine is a toxic substance. Therefore, drinking coffee or caffinated drinks will be counterproductive to your cleansing process. The process is not entirely without discomfort. People who drink caffeine on a regular or daily bases may develop a headache while juice cleansing. Perhaps switch to caffinated teas in the days leading up to your cleanse to make this potential experience less likely to occur.

Will I feel tired?

Not neccessarily! Much of fasting is a mind game as you become restless when you are unable to eat as routinely as you do normally. During the first few days of your juice cleanse your body detoxifies intensely. You actually gain energy in the absense of digestion and can feel more energized than usual. If you are at peace with your fast, and trust that your body still has what it needs to thrive, a feeling of serenity and peace will come over you as your frequency changes.

Is there a correct order I should drink the beverages in?

This is entirely up to you! Once you have the juices, smoothies and wellness shots for the day you can drink them depending on your hunger lever and taste preference. Once it is closer to bedtime, preferably 3-5 hours before sleep, it is important to transition to drinking water and hot tea.

How long should I cleanse for?

This is entirely up to you, your goals and what you are prepared to commit to. We recommend a minimum of at least 3 days to experience significant detox. Anything longer than that is just topping on the smoothie bowl!
